Adam is a qualified counsellor for adults and young adults, and a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). He is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
His counselling approach is person-centred, offering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. Adam tailors sessions to suit individual needs, whether through face-to-face meetings in a private and peaceful setting, online via Zoom or WhatsApp video, or through Walk & Talk therapy. This outdoor option takes place in a location of the client’s choice—with recommendations available—and blends gentle movement with open conversation.
Adam has experience supporting clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties. He is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships that encourage self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
