We use MindGym’s signature 90-minute “Workouts” — short, sharp, science-based sessions designed to change behaviour, fast.

Modules used in the half day workshop are "Execute" and "Unlocking Team Ambition" and for the whole day workshop, we also include "Give Me Time", plus we do a deep dive session into a chosen way of working of your choice, that you have identified as currently providing a lack of clarity for the team.

Booking and Payment Terms
  • For optimal learning experiences, we recommend workshops of no more than 12 participants, though our engagement programmes can be scaled for organisation-wide implementation.
  • We generally book at least one month in advance.
  • The booking will be secured once the booking form and contract have been returned to us.
  • The “per attendee toolkit cost” carries a production cost to us once the booker returns the booking form, so this cost is still payable if the training course is later cancelled by the booker.
