Self-Aware Leader
The Self-Aware Leader is Insights’ solution for developing great leaders at all levels of an organisation.
More than any other skill, leadership is about personal human strengths – empathy, conviction, charisma, reliability, and so much more.
That’s why the Self-Aware Leader helps people to look inwards, encouraging leaders to increase their level of self-awareness so that they see themselves more clearly.
This is a learning experience that makes time for intense self-reflection and creates a safe space for leaders to share their challenges and aspirations. Building on the knowledge from the Insights Discovery® Personal Profile, leaders are challenged to reflect inwards on who they are, and consider how they can build their leadership capabilities in a way that’s authentic for them.
Leaders work with the Insights Discovery® Transformational Leadership Profile, which gives insight into eight critical abilities within the leadership dimensions, as well as some really practical tips for enhancing their effectiveness in each area. Leaders will be able to explore their own leadership style, and then – through a modular approach – turn their attention to those leadership dimensions they need to develop further.

Team Effectiveness
Our teamwork solution, Discovering Team Effectiveness, is tailored to help your most pressing team challenges on two fronts; how teams like to work together and how well they work together.
We look at the teams communication preferences, how they prioritise, what motivates them and what the blockers are to their performance.

Sales Effectiveness
Drawing on the depth of the Insights Discovery Personal Profile, Sales Effectiveness empowers your salespeople to leverage their unique style to influence customers, peers and managers and form part of a truly exceptional sales team.
Using our in-depth Sales Chapter and our six-stage sales model, we help salespeople develop a more personalised and person-led approach to sales by exploring the preferences at play in every customer interaction. They can then use this knowledge to improve their interactions, because every customer is different and needs a tailored approach.
By quickly building better relationships, the sales cycle is accelerated, leading to increased conversions, happier customers and more loyalty.
Booking and Payment Terms
- For optimal learning experiences, we recommend workshops of no more than 12 participants, though our engagement programmes can be scaled for organisation-wide implementation.
- We generally book at least one month in advance.
- The booking will be secured once the booking form and contract have been returned to us.
- The “per attendee toolkit cost” carries a production cost to us once the booker returns the booking form, so this cost is still payable if the training course is later cancelled by the booker.
- Please note that late cancellation fees are charged and are detailed in our booking form and contract of services.
