Habits For Health 12-week Programme

Build on the insights gained from the Habits for Health® half day workshop with a 12 week programme.

Employees are guided through the programme via an online learning platform. Starting with an expectations video, they will then have the option to complete the twelve weekly sessions, or choose a topic that resonates with them and go at a pace that suits their lifestyle.

Each module consists of learning videos with built in coaching support as well as, 1% habit change tasks (progress experiments), downloadable resources and recipes.
